BHP was formed by brake industry professionals with more than 45 combined years of experience in the braking industry.  Founded in 2004, BHP founders have been responsible for the formulation, testing, and development of championship winning composite friction materials used in Champ Car, NASCAR Winston / Nextel Cup, Busch, Truck, Trans Am and  numerous junior classes in the USA in addition to worldwide success in Rallying, Touring Car and GT Racing.

This background of uncompromising excellence is the bedrock of BHP, which was formed with the specific goal of bringing to our customers innovative braking solutions that are unique to each project.

Total brake system engineering, testing and manufacture for vehicle platforms operating in high energy, high temperature environments are BHP's specialty. Our 3D CAD workstation and in house inertia brake dynamometer assists us in rapidly developing and fielding brake systems that can take the heat!
